We are seeking a skilled and proactive Scrum Master to lead agile practices and enable our development team in achieving its goals effectively.

As a cornerstone of team success, you will help streamline processes, remove impediments, and foster collaboration between all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies to ensure the team remains on track
• Address and resolve roadblocks that hinder team progress
• Build relationships with other teams to establish smooth communication channels
• Create and share status reports while tracking key metrics for continuous improvement
• Maintain and groom JIRA boards to ensure accurate task management
• Enhance team efficiency and productivity by identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Identify risks and issues impacting quality, schedule or resources, and recommend mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Agile project experience as a SCRUM practitioner
• Strong technical background with real troubleshooting expertise
• Proven experience in teams working with microservices, APIs, and cross-channel services
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, reporting systems, and team management platforms
• Competent in implementing SDLC and quality processes in an agile environment
• Effective communicator with experience interacting across multiple teams

• Familiarity with Kanban practices and methodologies
