What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all business levels to identify solutions that align with corporate goals and business needs.
• Assist decision-makers in gathering and analyzing the information necessary to drive business decisions.
• Lead the facilitation and communication of system and process solutions for continuous organizational improvement.
• Elicit business requirements from users and subject matter experts using a structured gathering process.
• Analyze, document, and prioritize business needs to support system design and development efforts.
• Maintain clear communication channels with all business areas and technical teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team throughout project lifecycles.
• Work with business and IT teams to assess feasibility and provide solutions for current and future system requirements.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including specifications, statements of work, epics, and user stories.
• Support developers, QA teams, and business users in testing processes to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and participate in solution testing.

​​​​Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical business role (e.g., IT Analyst, Project Manager, Business Analyst).
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries is a plus.
• Ability to write clear, concise user stories that meet the Definition of Ready.
• Familiarity with the Workday ecosystem is preferred.
• Proven ability to ask the right questions and drive effective business conversations.
• Experience in business process improvement and quality assurance testing.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency required.
