Delivery Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We value team players with strong organizational skills, and adept at managing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a sizable team composed of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers working across multiple projects for various US-based clients. What You’ll Do:

• Develop the forecast of the projects in charge.

• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with the PMO on procedural execution for PMs.

• Guarantee the application of consistent HR policies, in close collaboration with HRBP.

• Support the PMs in charge and escalate those relevant issues to the VP.

• Ensure team compliance with established methodologies and processes.

• Present complex problems to AMs responsible for customer interactions.

• Ensure effective, professional, and clear communication between PMs and Customers.

• Foster customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 8+ years of management experience.

• Proven track record in managing software outsourcing projects with expertise in Personnel, Time Materials, and Budgets.

• Background in the IT industry with a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

• Customer-oriented.

• Experience with Agile Methodologies.

• Strong communication skills.

• Advanced English level.
