Job Description

The developer role performs analysis and defines functionality for system improvement and new applications. This position leads various phases of the development and maintenance of approved projects. Located in the Inter-Con Office in Pasadena, CA and this position will report directly to the MX Manager of Engineering and is hybrid onsite/remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Interacting with management teams on the ground to identify and act on opportunities for automation

· Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

· Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic

· Integration of data storage solutions

· Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation

· Work collaboratively with design team to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features

· Participates on project teams assigned system projects

· Maintains functional operation of assigned production systems

· Coordinates support for new development

· Assist IT Support in management and distribution of end-user devices

Qualifications

· BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or equivalent experience

· 2+ years of professional experience in Software Development

· 2+ years of professional experience in Python Development

· Strong working knowledge of Python development, design, methodologies, tools and processes

· Experience with AWS production environments and serverless infrastructure

· Experience with Salesforce REST API’s is a big plus

· Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL and experience working in Linux environments

· Must have exceptional attention to detail, collaboration skills, communication proficiency, problem solving/analysis and results driven

· Must have technical capacity and acumen

· Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

· Capable on both Git source control solutions

Pay: $80,000.00 per month
