Here’s the Deal:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development Finance Specialist with strong foundations in Accounting and Reporting (ATR) processes and a genuine passion for learning and development. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering impactful technical training, coaching Finance professionals, and enhancing capabilities across the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments.
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, facilitation skills, and the ability to influence others through clear communication and structured learning paths. If you're energized by helping others grow and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment—this is your chance to make waves.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and continuously improve technical training programs within the ATR vertical
-
Facilitate learning sessions (virtual and in-person) focused on finance systems, processes, and best practices

Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives for new and existing team members
-
Coach and mentor employees in the application of finance tools and policies
-
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure learning content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with global standards

Contribute to building a strong learning culture through active collaboration across regions
-
Measure learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
-
Ensure training delivery is aligned with business goals and performance expectations
The Basics:
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Years of Experience: 3+ years in Finance roles, preferably within Accounts Payable
Learning & Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in training delivery, coaching, or facilitation
Software: ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel (Intermediate: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Languages: English – B2 or higher (you’ll be interacting with global teams!)
