Zoek is now hiring Customer Experience Specialists for our Customer Service Team. What you will do:
- Answer Inbound Calls for the Customer Service queues
- Make Outbound Calls to clients in accordance with tickets you are assigned to
- Make Outbound Calls to clients who reach out to you personally requesting help
- Send custom detailed email replies to clients
- Review accounts within the CRM to help provide useful information to clients
- Provide billing assistance on occasion (we have a dedicated Billing team)
- Assist clients with certain upgrades/downgrades as well as cancelations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, billing, or a similar field (phone calls and emails, live chats a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Being able to work independently and be self-sufficient
- Ability to adapt to changes and willingness to adjust processes
- Bilingual (English Advanced/Fluent conversational is a must)
- Must be highly organized and have great problem-solving skills
- Positive and friendly energy
- High school or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
