Position Overview

The Line Production Manager oversees and supports the management of various production activities. They are responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring operations to ensure adherence to established technical specifications, schedules, and targets for volume, cost, and waste.

What you'll do

  • Act as a liaison with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply and Logistics, and Sales, seeking feedback to develop production schedules and allocate labor and capital resources
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions
  • Establish operational plans for the work area
  • Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that impact the achievement of functional results

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in team management
  • Bachelor's degree, could be in Engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer soft skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proficient in conflict management
  • Skilled in setting and achieving objectives
