We are a global community of online entrepreneurs operating an FDA-registered manufacturing facility in Tampa, FL producing dietary supplements, foods, USDA organic superfoods, household products, OTC drugs, and cosmetics.

We run a lean, tech-first operation with a small on-site team of 6–10 people supported by remote talent worldwide. We’re scaling fast and automating our supply chain using AI systems — but we still believe a top-tier human makes all the difference.

We’re hiring a Global Sourcing & Procurement Specialist who can own and elevate our global sourcing operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in autonomy, identifies high-leverage projects on their own, and can work closely with leadership to improve vendor relationships, margins, and systems.

• Enjoy the challenge of renegotiating contracts, onboarding new suppliers, and researching vendors (freight, packaging, co-manufacturers, etc.)
• Would love to work on special projects like cost-saving initiatives, AI tooling design, and even helping with B2B sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing on platforms like Alibaba, 1688, Made-in-China, etc.
• Secure and compare quotes, negotiate pricing, and analyze landed cost implications
• Work closely with our Supply Chain Lead and COO on tooling needs and AI automation
• Drive vendor savings through relationship-building and strategy
• Identify and vet new suppliers for ingredients, packaging, freight, and manufacturing
• Support cross-functional projects (e.g., B2B sales, vendor audits, warehouse expansion
• Negotiate favorable terms with both new and current suppliers to support cost savings and improved performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and rate new suppliers for inventory expansion based on quality, reliability, and pricing competitiveness.
• Coordinate product sampling and arrange lab testing prior to issuing purchase orders to ensure compliance and quality.
• Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) with accuracy and adherence to procurement timelines.
• Maintain cost accuracy and integrity across all vendor records and procurement systems.
• Monitor commodity prices, supplier market trends, and competitor sourcing strategies to guide purchasing decisions.
• Conduct in-depth spend analysis and review supplier contract terms to identify opportunities for improvement or risk mitigation.
