The Opportunity:

We seek an International Chemical Supply Chain Coordinator to handle the global flow of goods, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations across international borders, logistics, and maintaining strong raw material, logistics, customs, and warehousing supplier relationships. This position will be 100% remote.

Required experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, Supply Chain Coordination- Logistics, plus continuing education in this field.

At least 5 years’ experience in the chemical industry with international supply chain import/export of chemicals through customs of various countries.

Strong knowledge and compliance with international trade regulations, and customs procedures.

Ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and products to warehouses.

Experience using comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) application.

Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

Experience in continually evaluating and building upon current processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ability to optimize transportation routes and to select logistics providers, to ensure efficient movement of raw materials across international borders.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Ability to speak, read and write in English.

Preferred experience and certifications:

Experience in dealing with customs in MX, USA, China, Korea, Taiwan and EU.

Customer Service Representative in fulfilling international orders.

Inventory management systems experience.

Datacor ERP (formerly known as Chempax VB)

Operations experience.

Certifications in:

Department of Transportation regulations

Supply Chain Professional

Production and Inventory Management

Professional in Supply Management

International Air Transport Association

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
