Activities

Customer Outreach and Engagement:

• Conduct cold searches to identify potential customers seeking insurance.
• Understand customer needs through effective communication.
• Collect customer information to facilitate personalized insurance options and quotes
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Connection to Insurance Agents:

• Liaise between customers and insurance agents/companies.
• Facilitate seamless communication and interaction between parties.
• Ensure customers are connected with suitable insurance agents.

Language Support:

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers, including translation of insurance product information.
• Ensure comprehension and clarity for non-English speaking clients.

Inquiry Handling and Follow-up:

• Address inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns.

Multitasking:

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently to maintain high levels of customer service.

Lead Generation:

• Actively seek out new clients and leads.
• Conduct proactive searches to expand the customer base.
• Enhance visibility and presence to attract potential customers.
