Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone (inbound/outbound)
- Perform extensive customer verification processes
- Efficiently navigate system tooling
Requirements:
- Advanced english level (verbal and written)
- At least 8 months of call center experience
- Customer service or collections experience desirable
- English only resumes
