Position: Virtual Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (Mexico-based only)
Schedule: Full-time | EST hours
Compensation: Base salary + commission + performance bonuses

Career Shift Track – No Sales Experience? No Problem. We’ll train you from scratch with a proven step-by-step system—from understanding solar to mastering appointment setting.

Sales Accelerator Track – Already Got Sales Chops? Fast-track into our Solar Advisor role. We’ll build on your experience and give you the tools to scale your success quickly.

Leadership Track – Want to Lead? We’ve Got Your Back. Every Alpha leader began as a setter. If you’re hungry to grow, we offer mentorship and real opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact and qualify homeowners across the U.S. for solar consultations
• Set high-quality virtual appointments for our expert Solar Advisors
• Leverage CRM and dialer tools to track calls and outcomes
• Spark interest and create urgency by clearly explaining the benefits of solar energy

Who You Are:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Clear communicator with active listening skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
• Tech-comfortable (CRM, dialers, scheduling tools a plus)
• Experience in customer service, sales, or call centers is great—but not required
