Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data-driven talent attraction campaigns across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and job boards. · Generate qualified candidates by leveraging social recruiting, content marketing, job boards, talent communities, and referral programs. · Collaborate closely with recruiters and hire managers to understand job requirements and translate them into targeted sourcing strategies. · Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize for conversion, reach, and quality of candidates. · Own the talent pipeline and manage sourcing KPIs, continuously identifying improvements to enhance candidate experience and funnel performance. · Track and report on key sourcing metrics to stakeholders (time-to-source, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or digital recruiting, with a strong focus on social media recruitment and lead generation.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-channel sourcing strategies and campaigns.
• Deep understanding of candidate behavior and how to design digital touchpoints to attract, engage, and convert.
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Meta Ads, job boards, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS systems.

What to expect about our process?

First, we will need to know who you are! Send us your application through the link above. During the week someone from our Talent Acquisition team will get in touch so you can complete the English Test that is fundamental to work in our company.

After completing the English Test it is necessary for you to be aware of your email. We will send an email in which you have to schedule the best time for you to do the Zoom interview with one of our team members, don’t get nervous it will take less than 40 minutes, and its purpose is for us to check your professional background and find a position that suits you!

Once we have your results, you will be scheduled to have an interview with one of our clients, again, don’t get nervous they only want to meet their next teammate! Finally, after your client interview, you will receive an offer letter; don’t doubt it, is really happening!

Wait for your start date, have your documents handy (birth certificate, ID, CURP, SSN, proof of residency and constancia de situación fiscal) and get ready to have the most amazing training ever!
