Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

The Procurement Support Analyst realized activities related to the timely processing, reconciliation, and payment of invoices. The role will insure the areas of accounts payable, vendors support, vendor maintenance, field support, and associated reporting and is accountable for the timely and accurate payment of suppliers.

Your Impact

As a Procurement Support Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Receive, review, and process invoices from import and export suppliers, such as customs brokers and carriers.
• Record additional expenses generated by the operational team and provide detailed breakdowns.
• Work closely with accounts payable to filter and schedule supplier payments in a timely manner.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
