We’re seeking a motivated Inventory Planner Specialist who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand & Supply Planning
• Create and update monthly demand forecasts to keep our inventory on track.
• Lead meetings to review sales forecasts and adjust plans.
• Help with product launches, market expansions, and special events by adjusting forecast strategies.
• Use past data to improve future forecast accuracy.
• Plan purchase orders based on sales forecasts, lead times, and stock levels.
• Project Management & Communication:
• Work with teams to understand what drives demand and plan long-term inventory needs.
• Document key processes and best practices to share with the Brand Management and Supply Chain teams.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track stock levels, manage out-of-stock risks, and reduce excess inventory.
• Create reports to track how actual sales compare to forecasts and find areas for improvement.
• Communicate inventory status, demand expectations, and purchasing plans to the leadership team.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
