The Clinical Application Specialist - Interventional Imaging will support the pre- and post-sales processes for our interventional imaging products, directly contributing to the success of our business in Mexico 80% of the time, and will give support to Latam countries on specific events. This position is focused on providing clinical, technical, and product knowledge to customers and ensuring the optimal use of our products. You’ll play a crucial role in training healthcare professionals, supporting the sales team, and building strong relationships with customers.


YOUR ROLE

1. Pre-Sales Support:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including radiologists, interventional radiologists, radiographers, and biomedical engineers.
  • Identify and leverage new sales opportunities to expand market share.
  • Support digital solutions business plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct demonstrations of our interventional imaging products and digital solutions.

2. Post-Sales Support:

  • Develop and deliver training materials for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Guide and assist customers in setting up and optimizing imaging protocols.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating to technical service or quality departments when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and market practices to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date on emerging clinical protocols and market trends.

3. Clinical Training & Market Development:

  • Participate in congresses, conferences, and customer events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Assist in launching new products and supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Support commercial and marketing teams with technical expertise.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the Code of Business Conduct.
  • Report potential issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Manage travel and expense budgets efficiently.


YOUR BACKGROUND

  • University degree in Medical Imaging, Radiological Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as clinical application in radiology, interventional radiology, or medical imaging specially in the cardiology and vascular area.
  • Strong understanding of imaging protocols, OEM machine functionalities, and clinical education.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical and clinical information.
  • Customer-focused with a solid understanding of value proposition selling.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse healthcare professionals.
  • Effective multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required by the business.
  • Advanced English is mandatory
