• Fluent or Native English written and spoken (80% minimum)
• Living in CDMX (will no accept candidates from other states)
• Open to come to the office at least 3 days per week
• Bachelor Degree

Responsibilities:

1. Event Operations and Optimization:

Plan, execute, and monitor streamer events, ensuring seamless operations. Analyze performance data to optimize event formats, rules, and outcomes while managing budgets effectively to maximize resource utilization.

2. User Engagement and Feedback:

Maintain high-frequency interactions with event participants through voice calls, surveys, and other channels to gather feedback, understand needs, and provide actionable insights for event improvements.

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers, agents, and users through regular communication, ensuring smooth collaboration and ongoing engagement.

Skills:

1. Detail-Oriented with Innovative Thinking:

Demonstrates the ability to oversee and manage every detail throughout the entire event implementation process.

2. Strong Data Analysis Skills:

Proficient in using tools like Excel to conduct thorough data analysis.

3. Relevant Experience:

Prior experience in streamer event planning, community operations, or user management is preferred.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
