Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

Role Introduction
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement will lead Company´s efforts in positioning our services in the market, uncovering industry/client insights, equipping the sales team with the tools and collateral they need to close deals effectively, and ensuring the website effectively converts on traffic. This role bridges the gap between our services, marketing, and sales, ensuring unosquare’s efforts generate maximum impact on our target audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with company’s key industries and persons.
  • Create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing services to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, product guides, and case studies, to support sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with demand generation and paid media teams to align product messaging with campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer pain points and ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline acceleration.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics related to product marketing and sales enablement efforts.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related roles in a B2B setting, preferably in technology or professional services.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates unosquare’s solutions.
  • Experience developing GTM strategies and executing product/service launches.
  • Proven ability to create impactful sales enablement materials that improve sales performance.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, demand generation, brand and product/SME teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach to execution.
