Join Our Team as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Equivity!

Your Impact

In this role at Equivity, you'll be responsible for driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across our Equivity operations. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.

What You’ll Do:

Equivity KPI Dashboard Management:

  • Utilize Power BI to manage Equivity KPI dashboards, consolidate and manage related data reports to feed into KPIs.
  • Analyze KPI performance and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Lead the Charge in Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and provide expertise in CI projects from inception to completion.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and quantify expected benefits for each project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI initiatives effectively.

Administrator and Configuration Control:

  • Maintain all Equivity process documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of process documentation on the SharePoint site.

Innovation Specialist:

  • Utilize technology to automate business processes wherever possible.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into operations.

Backup SharePoint Administrator:

  • Provide backup support for SharePoint administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with the primary SharePoint administrator to maintain platform integrity and security.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or beyond
  • Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard management, preferably using Power BI.
  • A champion of change, armed with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other CI methodologies.
  • A maestro of organization and documentation, with a knack for maintaining order in the chaos and ensuring every detail is accounted for
  • A visionary, always on the lookout for ways to push the boundaries of what's possible through technology and innovation.
  • A communicator extraordinaire, able to inspire and motivate others to rally behind the cause of continuous improvement.
