We are looking for a Part-time Project Manager to work with an American company that connects producers and buyers for agave spirits. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s client relations and operations.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of client projects and operations initiatives,

ensuring that all deliverables are on schedule and that the team functions

cohesively to meet organizational goals.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication, understanding client needs, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, identifying and

resolving bottlenecks, and allocating resources effectively.

• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency,

customer satisfaction, and sustainability goals.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Establish and manage robust relationships with clients and stakeholders across Mexico and the U.S., fostering collaboration and mutual success.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of existing and future operations, leveraging data from performance, financials, client feedback, and market trends.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies for client experiences, supply chain improvement, cost reduction, and environmental impact mitigation.
• Lead with strong interpersonal skills, fostering seamless collaboration across diverse teams including technology, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
• Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives through effective communication and information sharing.

Schedule:

20 hours a week (flexible schedule)

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in roles involving strategic/analytical initiatives, project operations or management for international logistics (food and wine industry preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment.
• Experience in the technology, supply chain, and/or food & beverage
• industry(ies)

The position would be under a freelance employment agreement

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
