Provides coverage for available FTL loads and requests updates for loads pick up, delivery and in transit loads. Operations Coordinators seeks to coverer loads based on maximum margin and capacity. They consistently demonstrate a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal, organizational and process improvement and to build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer at a time, and by working in accordance with ELs COACH Team core values.
  • This position has 2 different schedules: Monday - Friday, 4PM - 1AM OR Thurs, Friday 7AM -4PM and Saturday, Sunday 6AM - 6PM. In office.
  • Salary: $13,500.00 MXN per month plus scheduled bonus and scorecard.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing customers service and support
  • Track FTL Loads
  • Negotiating freight rates with current or new carriers
  • Prioritizing daily initiatives
  • Making outbound phone calls and taking inbound phone calls
  • Responding to customers through email and phone
  • Supporting the Account Managers weekly goals
  • They provide accurate and timely updates in McLeod that can be shared with customers for active loads.

Qualifications:
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively independently or in a team environment.
  • Always conducts in a manner that reflects a positive, professional image.
  • Display and encourage teamwork and willingness to be a problem solver.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to self-motivate to achieve and exceed KPI goals on a team and individual basis
  • Understand and embrace a metrics-driven operation
Requirements:
  • English proficiency advanced to native
  • Location: Querétaro
  • 6+ months call center experience
  • 6+ months sales experience
  • 6+ months customer service
  • High school diploma
  • College in progress
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced (Excel, Word, Outlook, others)
  • Salesforce, CRM or others, desirable
  • Excellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communications
Physical Demands:
  • Extended periods sitting
  • Extended periods working at a computer
  • Extended periods working on the phone.
