THE JOB:

[1] Develop AI agents to do Sales Outreach to thousands of small retail stores throughout the USA.

[2] We would get the list of retails stores by going to other brands like https://www.toadandco.com/ . At the bottom of their website, it lists 740 retail stores they are in. You would develop and AI agent to scrap these stores, enter them into a database. Then develop and AI agent to do sales outreach to these stores.

[3] You would probably have to email and call stores manually to see how the process really works, then you can build proper AI agents to do this outreach.

[4] The goal is the get ONNO T-Shirts in thousands of small retails stores. You would manage the ENTIRE process: Developing the AI sales systems, and also building the datebase for outreach.

[5] So this is more and a software engineering job. It's software, AI, actual person-to-person sales done by you, and managing all the stores. We can hire another actual sales person if needed.

[6] Retail stores are the primary market, but there are also 20,000 screen printers in the USA. AI agents could reach out to them also.

[7] Then there is the "corporate promotional" market. For example: Microsoft buys our t-shirts and prints on them. We could reach out the thousands of brands and build this business also.

[8] Again, most of the sales work will be done by AI agents, but of course there will be some human involvement, so you need to be good with people and be a good Sales Person.

[9] You will run this entire process and we can hire people under you if you want.

[10] My name is Jack. I'm the CEO of ONNO. I already work 7 days a week and don't have time to work on this myself. That means you will OWN this project. Retail stores will be it's own business with it own revenue.

[11] An average small retail store will by about $10,000 USD a year. So 100 stores is $1 million in revenue. We should be able to get 1,000 stores, so this should be a $10 million business in a few years. Your compensation will go up a lot if you are successful.

ABOUT YOU:

[1] You are a great coder and are obsessed with AI agents and all things AI.

[2] You are a people person and you understand Sales and Marketing. Note: it is rare to be a people person and a great software engineer.

[2] You have a natural and true love for DTC online business. This means you think about business a lot, and when you meet your friends for coffee - you talk business (or at least you want to).

[3] You love to work hard. Working hard makes you happy. If this is not you, do not apply for this job!

[4] You have lots of energy and want to ATTACK your work. You love to get stuff done.

[5] You want a LONG-TERM job that you can stay at for the next 5-10 years, or longer :)

COMPENSATION:

40,000 MXN per month + Major Mexican Holidays.
