About this opportunity

The Job Role focuses on the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to Operators’ customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels

What you will do

In this job you will:

  • Receives trouble reports from the Operator's Customer Care Center, resolving them to the customer's satisfaction and providing important status on repair and/or restoration activity to the Care Center.
  • Responsible for customer-affecting problems detected by other processes or through analysis, including proactively guiding the customer and resolving these specific problems to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Manage customer incident functional escalation matrix and follow up with field personnel to ensure on time completion of work orders
  • Tracking Customer Order activation, upgrades, rearrangements & deactivation.
  • ITIL Knowledge/certified
  • Shift role

You will bring

  • Excellent command of English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Technical University background is a plus
  • Accuracy and Customer oriented
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong cultural awareness
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others.
