This position requires a personality that is organized, focused and has excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Guest communication is via email and phone or What’s App and primarily in English
Communicate daily with guests that have reservations at our luxury villas to organize all aspects of their vacation including:
Airport transportation, private boat transportation, Chef services, Food and beverage, menus, golf cart reservations, restaurant reservations, schedule excursions, boat cruises, entertainment and any other special needs required by the guest.
All services are scheduled with vendors that have been pre-approved by our company
Coordinating all guest scheduled services with our onsite with concierge and chef team.
Some one-site event coordination will be required
Skills:
Organized: Onsite coordination or weddings and retreats requires a calm and organized character. From receiving party rentals, site set up, checking flower arrangements & chef services, dance floor set-up, DJ or live music coordination, and much more. This position requires a person that can multi-task, stay calm, problem solve and communicate effectively with other team members.
Excellent communication skills: This position requires 100% English and Spanish comprehension both written and spoken to communicate with guests (English) and (Spanish) to collaborate with our external service vendors to provide services to our guests and the Coco B Isla teams that support guest relations (housekeeping, chef services, maintenance and concierges)
Focused: Back-office position requires 100% focus on guest relations; asking for, and receiving details from the guest, preparing schedules, planning meals, orchestrating airport transportation, making golf cart reservations, party details, excursions, boat trips, and any other external services requested by our guests.Communication with our onsite teams to smoothly execute the guests’ details.
Problem solving problem solving is a skill set required in for every aspect of this position. Whether there is an issue with external providers or a guest, effective communication and problem solving is a mandatory skill.
Willing to put in the extra work to solve problems and make events happen: We are a small family-owned business and therefore each team will be required to multi-task on occasion.
