Technology Lead with SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP (API Management and Cloud Platform Integration). As a Technology Lead, you will be primarily responsible for providing integrating solutions. You will be responsible for deliverables and will be also contributing in designing and building the reusable components on SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI and API integration platforms. You will be working closely with the several client-side stake holders in reviews and technical issue resolutions to ensure timely deliverables of assigned work, interfaces, processes etc.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
  • Mexico Citizens or those authorized to work in the Mexico are encouraged to apply. We are not able to sponsor currently.
  • This position may require travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience with EAI Technologies in design and development
  • At least 4 years of experience with SAP-PI/PO in Development and Support projects.
    • Design and development of Integration solutions using SAP-PI/PO, SAP CPI & API
    • Support experience in SAP-PI/PO projects.
    • Knowledge of SAP-PI/PO and SAP CPI Monitoring, Application Admin activities.
    • Knowledge of SAP-PI/PO and SAP CPI Design Best practices, Error Handling Mechanism, SAP-PI/PO and SAP CPI Architecture
    • Awareness of SAP-PI/PO and CPI roadmap
  • At least 2 years of experience in SAP BTP (API Management and Cloud Platform Integration)
  • SAP CPI DS knowledge for data stores and uploads
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
  • Ability to guide the team in design and development activities
  • Ability to organize, coordinate and manage technical team activities
  • Ability to perform review of code and design documents
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience in one of the domains like Manufacturing or Retail or Life Sciences etc.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Analytical ability
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Exact responsibilities to be carried out.
  • Take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project right from Requirement gathering till project completion.
  • Build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor review and report project status.
  • Ensure successful delivery and implementation of Design and development of Integration solutions using SAP-PI/PO, SAP CPI & API
  • Support experience in SAP-PI/PO projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP-PI/PO and SAP CPI Monitoring, Application Admin activities.
  • Knowledge of SAP-PI/PO and SAP CPI Design Best practices, Error Handling Mechanism, SAP-PI/PO and SAP CPI Architecture
  • Awareness of SAP-PI/PO and CPI roadmap
  • Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops to define the project scope - both functional and non-functional
  • Lead estimation activities
  • Planning resources including space, infrastructure.
  • Prepare detailed project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes to ensure delivery on time.
  • Risk management plan defining risks and mitigation
  • Project tracking, controlling and report.
  • Client Management
This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.
