A typical day at work is when I work by myself in one shift. And I learned how to communicate in different nationality and I learned the customer service skills. My co-workers are the first person we need to ask specially if we are new comers. The hardest part of the job is on how can I solve the problem without the help of others specially in busy hour of the business. The most enjoyable part of the job is on how we work in the workplace with a smile in our face even we our tired because we are enjoying it. The management is the person that you can ask for any help because they are the one whose responsible for you and for your collages.
