Work environment is focused on reaching economic and numeric goals with respect to student registration. It is a high pressure organization which demands results from its employees. I was able to thrive in that environment, winning many awards for my achievements. However it is time to put all my experience towards a career that is more satisfying and more focused on an more complete and balanced vision and mission statement for its employees and students.
