Great company and team to grow professionally and learn
Everyday work is very different depending on the projects you are on. You can be in 5-6 projects or more during the year which helps you grow very fast, and as you start managing more your activities and being productive you can start having projects simultaneously.In general, daily activities have to do with having calls with important clients, doing reports and KPIs tracking, doing powerpoints to show strategies or work plans, etc. To give more examples: Doing inbound and outbound client research, market research, gap analysis, recommendations, etc. as well as strategies to increase and motivate sales within vendors. Also, as you start growing you start to have projects direction and resource management.The company is doing great efforts to migrate to a less demanding format due to the nature of the profession and its embedded heavy workload, some of these activities include training (from tools and software to time and project management to languages) in order to enhance work-life balance. From this job, you will like the exponential learning curve and professional growth. If you do good, you will grow yearly (including salary). Moreover, exposure with mid-high level clients is almost immediate, starting conversations with important people in the industry such as managers or company directors. The most difficult part of the job is to manage the heavy workload and learning how to optimize your time; also, to manage expectations with your team and clients, moreover and due to the high responsibility that you get on your activities, it is hard but gratifying to structure thinking on a critical way, clear, concise, with coherence, in the way you plan your projects and deliverables.
