What our Coaches do:

• Build/Enhance a successful Customer Service Process to coach your team members on. (Create scripts and learning materials, monitor calls, develop and establish proof of concept).
• 70% of the time you will be on phones, monitoring your campaigns and performance of your team, making sure they are adhering to each campaign's SOPs and driving results.
• Identify areas of improvement within your team and the campaign.
• Develop healthy relationships with your teams and clients to make communication easier for them in case they want to share new ideas or issues they might be facing. All of our team members are valuable and as a team lead you need to ensure you provide a safe space for them to thrive in.
• Provide coaching sessions to keep your team motivated, and engaged and encourage them to hit their goals. Provide feedback so they can continue to learn and grow.
• Set expectations: Deliver clear learning and financial goals to your team every week. The better they understand their goals, the faster they will deliver.
• Be a leader: Remember you are a role model for your team to follow. You must conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all times within your team, customers or co-workers.
• Conduct weekly/biweekly calls with clients to report campaign stats, wins and share important updates

What you need to be successful:

• Availability: 40 hours per week. We work EST hours and your rest days might not necessarily fall during the weekends.
• English Proficiency: C1 is a must, spoken and written. Little to no accent.
• Equipment: Updated Laptop/desktop Windows 10, 8Gb RAM, at least i3 processor. Headset with microphone.
• Connectivity: Stable internet connection through LAN cable. At least 40mbps download, 20 mbps upload.
• Workspace: This position is 100% remote! You can work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere in the world as long as you have a quiet, distraction free workspace with a reliable internet connection.
