Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including quota attainment, forecasting, budget control, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Utilize SQL and PowerBI (if applicable) to extract, transform, and visualize data for reporting purposes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience:
  • 2-5 years of related experience in data analysis, with a focus on sales operations analytics.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data analysis.

• 
  Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

  Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on driving business results.

  Communication & Collaboration:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional environments.

• 
  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales operations, including quota management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial controlling.
