Benefits:

• Salary: $35,000-$40,000 MXN per month
• Unlimited sales bonus- unlock limitless earnings with our bonus system linked to your teams sales performance!
• Grocery Vouchers 10% of Salary at permanent contract
• Opportunity to build and shape a high-performing sales organization
• Monday to Friday schedule (8am-5pm CST)

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of supervisors and agents focused on new loan sales and conversions
• Foster an engaging, creative environment where outstanding customer experience is the standard
• Drive alignment and consistency in people practices while implementing best-in-class strategies
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison for process changes and compliance matters
• Stay ahead of industry trends to implement next-generation practices
• Provide comprehensive analysis and insights to senior leadership

What You'll Bring:

• 5-7 years of sales management experience in a call center/inside sales environment
• Exceptional leadership abilities – you know how to motivate, coach, and develop talent
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems, Google Drive, and MS Office
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• A creative mind with an entrepreneurial spirit
